Warranty

All items placed on Mr-relief.com include a free 30-day warranty. The warranty covers products that do not work due to a defective or non-functional product that was not caused by the buyer. The warranty covers functional parts that affect the main function of the device, including the battery. If you discover a defective product during the warranty period, Clauna.com will, at its discretion, replace the product free of charge.  

How to claim your warranty?

Please contact us at support@mr-relief.com with your original order number, the reason for the replacement, and photos of your item within 30 days of receiving your order. A replacement will be provided to you. Mr-relief.com  is not responsible for shipping costs. We may also ask you to mail the product back. The warranty can only be used and claimed by the buyer.
